Raw Goat’s Milk available for pick-up in Emmett, ID

Our herd of Nigerian Dwarf and Nubian Dairy Goats live on pasture 24/7 with a breakfast and dinner of no-spray alfalfa hay. They drink filtered water with a splash of raw apple cider vinegar added every couple weeks. On the milk stand, they receive dairy rations which consists of a real food blend that is:

  • Non-GMO

  • No corn

  • No soy

  • No antibiotics

  • No hormones

  • No preservatives

  • No grain byproducts

  • No animal or fish byproducts

Our goats are machine milked with in-line filtration and strict clean milking practices. We participate in monthly milk test with DHIA and our herd is clean tested annually for TB and Brucellosis according to the State of Idaho rules and regulations.

Did you know…

Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats contain the highest percentage butterfat content of any goat or cow breed coming in at an average 6-7% and as high as 10% making it taste sweet and delicious! Nubian milk contains less butterfat but when combined, it yields a smooth, sweet tasting milk that is perfect for drinking and cheese making!
